What data we process

We process data you provide voluntarily when contacting us by phone, e-mail or otherwise — e.g. your name, company name, contact details and information needed to provide the customs service.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to your enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps towards concluding a contract), to provide customs and logistics services and to fulfil legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), as well as for our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period

We keep data for as long as necessary to achieve the above purposes, including periods required by law (such as customs and tax regulations).

Recipients of data

Data may be shared with bodies authorised by law (e.g. customs and tax authorities) and with parties supporting us in providing services, including our partner logistics company — only to the extent necessary to perform the service.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
